What is KerbDiary?

KerbDiary keeps your lessons, hours, pupil progress and payments in one place. Book and finish lessons, track blocks of hours, record payments and refunds, export a pupil statement as a PDF, and export payments as a CSV.

Who is it for?

UK driving instructors who want a simple diary and earnings record on iPhone and iPad, including offline use.

Is KerbDiary available yet?

Not yet. KerbDiary is coming soon to the App Store. This page will link to it as soon as it’s live.

What does the free version include?

Three active pupils, unlimited waiting pupils, the diary, payments, progress, PDFs, iCloud sync and this week’s money. There are no ads and no time limit.

What does KerbDiary Pro include?

Unlimited active pupils and monthly earnings (this month and the last 12 months). Pro is £79.99 a year with a 1-month free trial for eligible new subscribers, or £179.99 once for lifetime access. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and shown before you buy.

How do I cancel the yearly subscription or free trial?

Open the Settings app, then go to [your name] → Subscriptions → KerbDiary and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current year ends to avoid being charged. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open Settings in the App and restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro.

What happens if my subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted. Free keeps your three active pupils and everything you’ve recorded. Extra active pupils stay viewable. iCloud sync stays available on Free; it is not paused when Pro ends.

Where is my data stored? Do I need to sign up?

No sign-up is needed. Your records are kept in the App on this device. iCloud sync is included free and is on by default; you can turn it off in Settings to keep everything on this device only. When sync is on, data is held in your own private iCloud account. We cannot see it. See the Privacy Policy.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Diary, progress, payments and PDFs work offline. iCloud sync catches up the next time you are online.

Can I export my records?

Yes. Export a pupil progress report or statement as a PDF, export payments as a CSV from Earnings, or export everything (CSVs plus PDFs) from Settings. Exports only leave the App when you share, print or save them.
